THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE

Dear Resident

You are receiving this as you live in the vicinity of a theft from motor vehicle that occurred on Cleckheaton Road on Saturday 14th March between 05:30hrs and 05:50hrs

BETWEEN TIMES THE VICTIM HAS JUST PARKED VEHICLE  ON THE ROAD, BUT NOT IN VIEW FROM THE WINDOWS-  VICTIM HEARS A CAR ALARM AND SHORTLY AFTER, A WITNESS BANGS ON THE DOOR INFORMING THE VICTIM HE HAS JUST SEEN A KNOWN  SUSPECT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE WINDOW AND HE RAN OFF WITH THE STOLEN PROPERTY.

If you have any information in relation to the above please contact the Police on 101 or speak to a local PCSO. Please also check your CCTV or Doorbell camera if you have one during the crime timings to see if there are any activations. 

This is also a good time to check your own security, many offences are preventable with small improvements to your vehicle security.
